We're pleased to confirm the planned acquisition of Hawley and Company, a long-standing accountancy practice based in Trinity Square, Llandudno. The deal is due to complete on 31 October 2025.
As we mark our 100th year, this move continues our steady growth strategy—combining organic development with carefully chosen acquisitions that add value for our clients and strengthen our presence across North Wales.

Following the transfer, the Hawley and Company team will join us at our Llandudno office. Geoff will also stay on in a consultancy role for 12 months to support a smooth handover and ensure continuity for clients.
